*We can usually accommodate your dietary request if you let us know in advance. However, a sudden request might not be arranged since the hotel is located in a remote mountainous area with limited food supplies. We are not able to cook special vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes on this tour.

NOTES

• The trailhead is located on the highland, at an altitude of 1,230m and the trail is not a paved path. Therefore, please prepare appropriate clothes and shoes for hiking.
• The trail is a 7km circular trip and takes about 5 hours. In our tour, we go to the Midori-numa Pond at an altitude of 1,360m, and return to the trailhead in 3 hours.
• There are some steep parts on the trail, but this tour is appropriate for novice and intermediate hikers.

We accept no liability whatsoever if you suffer damage due to any of the following reasons: Willful acts or negligence of yourself/a third party. Acts of God, inclemency, weather, riots, or changes to your travel schedule or cancelation of your trip resulting from such events. Accident or fire at the institution responsible for your transportation/accommodation, or changes to your travel schedule or cancelation of your trip resulting from such events. Directive of a public office, isolation due to an infectious disease, accidents during free time, food poisoning, theft, forgotten items, or changes to your travel schedule or destination, or shortening of your trip resulting from such events.
Delays caused by transportation facilities, strikes, interruptions in communication, or changes to your travel schedule or destination, or shortening of your trip resulting from such events. Non-participation in travel due to a delay in the customer arriving at the arranged meeting place/departure point. We reserve the right to change the content of the tour or to cancel it as deemed necessary by our company.

Customer responsibility

If our company is impaired through your intentional actions or gross negligence, we may petition you for compensation of damages incurred.
